A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Great-sized room with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an air conditioning, and very comfy bed. All in all particularly good and magnificent location, very close to a quiet alley way, shops, parks, trains and trams, and the regent theatre and trams. Also, close to the main Burke St shopping mall.

I loved my stay at Howey. The room was beautifully designed and clean, but I did find the bed a bit hard. The bathroom was super clean, and the validated parking was a nice perk.

The excellent blockout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep, while the great amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchenette and high-speed Wi-Fi, added convenience to my daily routine.
I did encounter a slight issue with the noise from the hallway, which occasionally disrupted my peaceful environment. It was minor, but something to consider if you're sensitive to sounds while resting.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After a long flight, I couldn't even check in because my name wasn't on the list. Instead of trying to help, they just shrugged it off and made me book another room.

The bathroom was disappointing with what appeared to be a mouldy toilet door, and a dysfunctional toilet kept us awake with annoying noises. While the location was convenient for exploring landmarks and nearby attractions, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness issues and disruptions.

I had a fantastic city break! The location was super convenient, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore. The modern renovation of the rooms was impressive, plus I loved the cozy bathrobes and the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. It felt like a little luxury amidst a busy city vibe.
There were a few hiccups. the service could have been a bit more attentive; I felt sometimes the staff were too busy to acknowledge guests properly. Those bumps made the stay feel slightly less special than it could have been.
